Hyndburn & Ribble Valley BME Forum
Hyndburn Cultural Association was commissioned by Hyndburn Community Network to develop and establish a Black Minority Ethnic Forum.
After a consultation event held in July 2005 to raise awareness and seek the views of the BME residents, community, voluntary organisations and professionals working in Hyndburn, the nomination event was held in November 2005, where six men, six women and three youth members were elected to the forum representing various communities.
