The Learning Exchange works with partner agencies, groups and organisations offering a range of learning opportunities within Hyndburn. Training can be delivered at your premises, the H&RV CVS resource room or other community building.

Development and capacity building for medium to large organisations is available to ensure that organisations get all the information advice and guidance they need to be able to continue to deliver their services and to enable them to have a level playing field for tendering and contracts with the public and private sector.
Pendle Learning Network provides FREE learning opportunities across Pendle.
The Network may be able to deliver some of PLN’s courses in Hyndburn but as no funding is currently available there will be a charge.
